Ingredients:
- 1 crown Broccoli
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
Instructions:
- Rinse all your veggies.
- Chop broccoli and cauliflower.
- Slice bell peppers. You can also use cheddar cheese strips or sliced baby carrots.
- Layer broccoli and cauliflower in a triangle.
- Add bell peppers to look like garland, and add them up top as a star.
- Sprinkle with cherry tomatoes and serve with your favorite veggie dip.
